The best thing about the Powerizer Pro is the foot plate is made out of light weight aluminium reducing the weight by 400grams and it will have an axle that will hinge up and down. (See picture below) This will allow the foot plate and the Bockers foot to flex and extend while in motion, this will give the Bocker a natural feel while jumping and running. This will allow for a more natural movement and take pressure off of the hips and low back. The Foot rubber is stronger and is made so that just the rubber can be replaced not the whole metal piece as well, saving you time and money. The straps are stronger and easier to strap into, instead of being made of plastic, they are now made of tough nylon strapping.
